Sometimes the best places are those nearby...
Vic & I have been meaning to try a local seafood restaurant for a while. We finally ventured out this past Saturday. It's called the Waterfront Grille and the food was amazing! It really was on of the best seafood I have ever tasted. Vic got the special which was a cod fillet encrusted in walnut and raisins served with a drizzle of soy sauce and spicy Japanese mayo. I had a few bites and it was delicious! In fact it was so good that it was consumed right away alongside the coconut rice and garlic green beans & red peppers. After devouring it Vic said I wish I had taken a picture of it for our blog site. He mentioned this to the waitress and the next thing I know Vic is in the kitchen with his cell camera taking a picture of the someones same dish! It was so funny. A picture is worth a thousand words and seeing the picture below you can see how delicious the meal looked. We also ended the night with dessert of course. I went with the tiramisu, a classic fav of mine. This time around we took a picture before we digged in. Mmmm I am salivating as I write this.. I can't wait to go back, which will be soon!
Here is our divine tiramisu dessert:
