Laugh Out Loud!

Our little one never ceases to entertain us. She is certainly asserting her independence as we approach the "terrible two's". Gone are the days where she would nicely sit & munch on her snacks in the shopping cart while we shopped. Now she insists walking along side of us. May parents would argue to put her in the cart against her will and trust me I have tried. I even tried reasoning with her saying if we don't sit in the cart then we are walking out and going back home. Despite this she still insisted walking. So in order to make our lives easier, we have let her walk! She is good, she stays close to us. She gets a kick out of it and is so happy for this bit of independence. She likes to check everything out on her level along our shopping travels.

We were out this weekend doing our weekly Target stop with Miss Ava walking beside us. We had been out for a bit and we didn't realize how full her diaper had gotten. While we were at the checkout line, Ava is waiting for us in front of all the registers. She was wearing a sundress with no bloomers. All of the sudden, she tears on one side of her diaper and it was so heavy it slides right down her legs. She is cracking up and so is everyone else who sees while waiting in line. She then gives everyone a clear view of her bottom by lifting her dress! I quickly tossed her diaper and scooped her up and away we left chuckling.....
