Coffee Cozies

I recently stumbled upon a cute idea for all you coffee/ tea lovers out there- it's a coffee cozy or a sleeve for your coffee cup. Whenever I go to Starbucks (which is often!) I always pick up a sleeve (made from earth friendly recycled corrugated paper) to protect myself from the hot beverage.

Anyhow back to the coffee cozy - it's made of fabric & it's reusable....not to mention much cuter than corrugated paper! I stumbled upon it on a website that sells them for $10 each. I found this to be much too expensive & decided to make my own for much less. I used left over fabric from my daughter's toy chest cushion to make the one below. Not too shabby I think!

I tried to make my husband a stripped "masculine looking" one but he didn't seem too interested... Guess it's a girly thang!
