Well there was no shortage of chocolate this Valentine's Day at the Albonetty home. I didn't initially intend to make two chocolate desserts. But once I completed my heart shaped rice crispy treats, I thought it would be great to dip them in chocolate. I was glad I did, they tasted delicious. I also decided to make heart shaped Cinnamon Kahlua Brownies too. So as you can tell my focus was on dessert. Vic treated me to a terrific dinner of fillet mignon with mushroom risotto (premade) and broccoli. It was so nice to enjoy a great meal in the comfort of our home.
