This past weekend we did just that. Vic & I went with my parents to Keith's farm. It had rained the night before but it was a beautiful day and warm out. Miss Ava had a small case of the grumps due to a lack of a long nap. However the hayride quickly changed that and she was smiling and enjoying what she called the "choo choo" ride. Ava loved exploring the pumpkin field to pickup and then drop pumpkins.. Nana found a perfect size pumpkin for them and us.
Our pumpkin picking was followed by a great dinner that Nana had prepared before we left. Here are some pictures from our day.
On Sunday we enjoyed another Fall event, the NRT Harvest & Craft Fair in Easton, Ma. I must say it's the best fair I have ever been to. It has a real rustic country feel to it. The crafts were of nice & well made quality, not the "cheap" stuff you would typically find. There food was also good with local restaurants set up with booths. Despite the cold weather, Ava was very happy to be here and loved looking at everything. We had a blast and look forward to it next year!
Hope everyone is enjoying the Fall and all the fun activities associated with it!
