Nutella Yumminess

I absolutely love Nutella. In fact I love it so much that I can't keep in the house! If a jar is in the cupboard, I keep taking spoonfuls until it's empty. I am very aware that this delectable spread is not figure friendly when consumed in this manner. Therefore it is banned in our home. However I recently stumbled upon a recipe that calls for it, which suckered me into buying a jar. I made the mistake of buying it one week before making the recipe. As you may have guess each night I have been sneaking a spoon or two in to satisfy my sweet tooth. Unfortunately & embarrassingly enough Miss Ava caught on and requested her own spoon too! Vic just shakes his head as we "mmmm" our way through each lick.

Recipe day finally arrived today. My parents had us over for dinner and I was making dessert ~ Molten Chocolate-Nutella Pudding Cakes. Just the name makes my mouth water. If you are a craving a rich and gooey chocolate dessert, this recipe is for you. I like how they are prepared in ramekins and gives everyone a perfect and generous portion. Portion control is key for me when Nutella is involved :)

I will definitely be making these again! Please note that the center of these do cave in but this photo was taken a few minutes before this happen. I assure you this does not take away from the decadent taste.

I may make this again for Valentine's Day. I'm thinking cutting a heart out of parchment paper and dusting it with confectioner's sugar would be a pretty touch.
