A few of my favorite things

I recently bought this and can not wait to get it in. It's made by MB Art Studio found on etsy. Having a child of my own, I can confirm this quote is so true! I look forward to displaying this pretty handmade plaque at home.

No Pudge Brownies! The truth be told, I have made these one many moons ago probably during my dieting phases. I was reintroduced to it by my Mother in law. She made this and we all gobbled them up. Why do I love them? Here are some reasons why: only 2 ingredients required - the mix and yogurt (I used Greek Yogurt), only 120 calories each!, ZERO fat!, and most importantly it satisfies my chocolate craving without any guilt! I recently found all their flavors at a near by supermarket and can't wait to try them all. There is the original which we have had, cappuccino, raspberry and mint! Funny little story, last week Vic called me on his way home and asked me why I was so giddy? I said because I found all the No Pudge Brownie flavors! He got a kick of it :)

Greek yogurt: I must admit, I am not a fan of eating Greek yogurt on it's own but I do enjoy adding them to my recipes such as desserts and potato salads. It's a good filler and sneaks in nutrition, two pluses.

Summer has arrived! I am loving the warm weather, being outdoors, swimming in the pool, watching Ava run outside with such content freedom, eating ice cream, beaches, playing at the park, going to the zoo/aquariums,walks, cookouts,etc. We are so loving summer!

Chef Pinch and Pour Nesting Prep Bowls, I heart these! They take no room at all as they nestle inside of one another. They pour very nicely when you squeeze them to create a a spout. Besides they pretty too :)

  2. One suggestion for a yummy dip - greek yogurt mixed with fresh cilantro and chives - little garlic salt and onion powder. Trader Joes sells it which I have had but you could easily make it.
